“Skin ailments?”
My son has spot like blemishes mainly on his torso they are quite irritable and have got worse over the pass month. Could it be due to detergent washing his clothes or could it be down to his 2 dogs?

Hi,
I doubt whether detergent or dogs are causing the blemishes. If getting worse, definitely visit a local dermatologists as some blemishes can cause scars.
