Sleep disorder?

Good morning, I just want to know why is it that my one year old toddler sleeps only two hours on some days, and on other days she will sleep one hour or 30 minutes at least. But when nights come she is awake until 1 o clock why is it like that?

One year olds tend to have multiple sleep periods. I always refer to Richard Ferber’s book on “Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems".
Every infant has his/her own "biological clock" that may not become entrained to a socially-typical day/night cycle until age 2 or more. So long as s/he is growing and developing normally, there is no immediate concern.

Hello

Sleep patterns vary by child. Being consistent and not changing bedtime helps set a routine.
