Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT) Questions COVID-19 Vaccine

Small amounts of blood in ear canal?

A little background:

Last week Monday, I got my Pfizer Covid Vaccine. Ever since, I have been going through over a half gallon of water and still feeling dehydrated and overheated. This is pretty uncommon for me. Well over this weekend and today (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) I have awoken with small amounts of dried blood in my right ear canal. I’m not in pain, my hearing hasn’t been affected at all, just…bleeding. Enough to make small blots on my pillow. I can’t seem to find an ENT that can get me in soon, is this something I should go to an emergency clinic for, should I wait it out a couple of days and see if it resolves itself, or should I make an appointment with an ENT still and wait until then?

It's difficult to say exactly what caused this, but I would speculate that it was due to minor trauma from Q-tip usage. I've seen this numerous times. This is particularly common in patients who more aggressively clean their ears and those on medications or supplements which cause the blood to not coagulate as rapidly.
