Small irritation on shaft and bump

Small irritation on shaft of penis with a small bump that is skin color not see through. Irritation reminds me of possible friction burn and the other could just be a pimple but I’m worried about herpes. Area burns a little but no discomfort while urinating and nothing else. Really have to stretch the skin with adequate lighting to see anything.

It sounds like you might have a skin irritation from friction, like rubbing during activity. The small bump you see could just be a pimple or a clogged pore. The slight burning feeling could be from irritation, but herpes usually causes painful blisters or sores, not just a bump.

Since there’s no pain while urinating and nothing else seems off, it’s likely a minor irritation. But if the bump doesn’t go away or if you see any blisters or new symptoms, it’s a good idea to see a doctor to make sure.
