“Smoking?”
I am 5 months pregnant and a smoker. I am trying to quit really hard, can I use cream of tartart to quit smoking, is it safe?

Use Nicotine patches or gum, taper down the dose every week (21 mg to 14 to 7 mg). Definitely touch base with your OB doctor.

I have no data on the safety of TARTAT, if any at all. At best, quitting is a health benefit regardless of pregnancy. Visiting your PCP or OB is a good place to start. They would recommend other remedies that are pregnancy safe.
