Something caught in my throat?

It feels like I got something behind my eardrum and it goes down to my throat. It feels like half of my throat is blocked what causes that?

Not sure, but a simple ENT exam could look at the ear and the throat. You may be experiencing a sensation of referred pain or fullness due to swollen tissue in the nasopharynx or lymph nodes in the neck. Again, a simple ENT exam would be the best next step.
I would be most concerned with your throat. I would want a throat examination and possibly a x ray of your swallowing.
