“Spider bite?”
My arm is very numb and swollen and discolored. There's a lot of pain, it feels like it's been on fire for the past 24 hours.

It appears there is some sort of bump or bite there. WIth the swelling, discoloration and numbness, you should go to the emergency room or urgent care right away before something more serious happens. You could have cellulitis that could develop into a life threatening condition very quickly.
