“Splenectomy and Covid ”
I had a splenectomy a few years ago due to an injury. Being immune compromised, how effective would the Covid 19 vaccine be for me personally? I am 50 years old, male.

It will be effective as a normal person
Splenectomy only affects your ability to clear encapsulated bacteria cleareance which are neisseria, hemophilus and strep
It doesnt affect your ability to clear a virus organism etc
