“Spotting I think?”
I started a period this month on the 11th, however, I am still experiencing symptoms. Such as not necessarily bleeding the blood is almost brown in color and cramps, backache, and a headache. I don't want to rush and think I have an STD or anything but something is definitely not right.

You should report a change in your menstrual cycle to your gynecologist, an exam to check for causes of pain and irregular bleeding would be important to complete.
