Hello I wanted to ask if it’s possible to get an std from fingering and then masturbating with the same hand? 12 weeks ago I went to a strip club and sucked on woman’s breast then fingered her about 25-30 mins later when I got home I masturbated with that hand. (Without washing) 4 or 5 weeks after I got a hot feeling on the tip of my penis and that was it. It lasted for about 2-3 days oh and it would come and go throughout the day at one point I had an erection during these days and kinda hurt like my urethra felt a bit painful. I had no other symptoms. At the time I had recently started using a body powder on my testicles ( bc I have jock itch on testicles) so I thought maybe it was that. So I stopped using it. Again a month later I used it again and got the same symptoms. I stopped again another 3 weeks later I got a warm feeling on my tip again but only lasted a day this time without using the powder. How likely is that I got an std from this incident ?

It is unlikely that this particular situation has been studied, but STDs are more prevalent in patients who are sexually active. Of concern is that you are having some mild symptoms in your penis. ManySTDs may have subtle symptoms and go unnoticed. Chlamydia is one of them. It can go unnoticed for a long time and can cause damage to the endothelial cells in our vessels. You should follow up with a family practitioner or urologist who can diagnose where the symptoms of urethritis are coming from.
