This sounds like your condition will need some urgent attention.. Stomach as an organ OR as the entire belly....which ever find yourself at the emergency room..
Stomach pain with bodily movement is suggestive of a musculoskeletal problem of the abdominal wall, not of the viscera. You need a good physical exam to try to distinguish these.
