“Stomach sickness ”
I have had nausea, fatigue, cramps, lack of appetite, and bloating for over 4 days I also have randomly starting spotting and it’s not due for my cycle.

You may have gotten a stomach bug or flu. It should go away after a few more days, but if it does not, then see a primary care doctor.
