Strange abdominal pain?

I am 13 years old. My sex is female. I struggle with mental health, meaning I am unable to leave my house. I have a family history of appendicitis. I am currently not on medication (other than the occasional paracetamol for when I hurt myself). I have never had surgery. I have been having mild stomach pain since I was 6. Never found the reason. A few years ago I got a stomach infection from drinking our tap water. I get my period regularly, but I do not get cramps. I have been having abnormal stomach pain for about 3 days now. The pain rotates, sometimes it hurts at the top, bottom, or sides of my stomach. If I distract myself the pain gets at least 10 times easier to manage.

My stool is normal. I am a bit underweight, but not unhealthily. I do not eat regularly due to my eating disorder. I do not drink enough water. I do not eat fruits or vegetables and I have a very unhealthy diet overall (mainly due to my eating disorder). I usually get to sleep at 4am and wake up at 2-5pm. It does not hurt to move, but it hurts to lay down (especially on either side) and it hurts to use my stomach (e.g. going to the toilet, sucking on my water bottle, just the pressure of it hurts). The pain is aching, with the occasional feeling of being stabbed. I have been a lot more hungry since this started. I can eat basic foods like crackers, bread, chips, milk, but it is hard for me to eat chocolate or thick foods (like oat bars, cereals, etc). Drinking water hurts my stomach.

This all started at the end of my period, nothing was abnormal about the period, and I never experience cramps, on my first few periods I did have cramps but they felt nothing like this. If you have any idea what this could be, please recommend me some home remedies as it is extremely difficult to get me in a hospital, in high-stress situations, my heart rate gets dangerously high and I always throw up which won't help my stomach.
