“Swollen ankle ”
On both sides of my foot, there are two round circles that looks like it’s filled in with something, and it’s not too hard or soft to the touch. I have been having it for a long time
But it seems like it got bigger. It’s almost the size of my palm.

Not sure what this is based on the photos you show. Is this symmetrical (on both feet), or on both sides of the same foot? You should have a healthcare provider examine this directly.
