Swollen hands

I've noticed my hands have been.very swollen lately. I have a sharp pain from my left shoulder blade that shoots down my left arm and causes my fingertips to tingle. Both hands are swelling now. It was just the left one.

The tingling is likely carpal tunnel nerve pinch.Need to see an orthopedic surgeon to determine cause of swelling
I would recommend being seen by your primary physician who then can refer you to an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation. It can be a condition from the cervical spine, rotator cuff and possibly a peripheral neuropathy, ie carpal tunnel
Radiating arm and hand pain can be from a pinched nerve in the neck (cervical spine). Hand swelling could be due to multiple reasons. A common one is rheumatoid condition. I would suggest seeing your doctor to find out the cause of the pain and swelling. Don't wait too long.
