“Swollen maybe infection?”
Swollen red area 1cm radius around center yellow, with a yellow circle on top, hurts on contact, can be walking shoes even, this is on my big toe ongoing for 4 days. I have a theory it's infected, can I use my 4 leftover penicillin pills over 2 days without risk, those pills were from my last infection, I don't take medicine on regularly.

Please seek medical attention. Needs to be drained and antibiotics might be necessary
Hard to tell with the photo. I would see a physician about it - if you can, a dermatologist.
