“Swollen vein under tongue”
I’m 15 and I have two veins under my tongue, one is normal and the other is very painful and swollen. What should I do? Picture attached, although it’s not very clear.
I also have a sore throat, cough, runny nose, mild fever, chills, nausea, ear aches, and Jaw pain.
