“Symptoms since 04/01/2022”
99.6-101.5 fever since 04/01/2022, Lesions on spine, pelvic bones, nodules in both lungs, Chest pain when breathing, loss of appetite, nauseas, vomiting, Stomach pain when eating little bits of food, fatigue, Weight loss.
T Spot test positive
Bone biopsy for infections/TB Negative for TB, negative for bacteria infections.
X-ray Negative for TB
Ruled i have latent TB however it does not cause symptoms so it does not explain any of the symptoms i continue to deal with.
I need new perspective so i can go to doctor with new idea.
when this started for 2 weeks my pcp had me on 2 antibiotics and 1 antifungal. During this time my fever went to normal i was eating a bit more. After they were finished it went right back to all the above symptoms.

Thanks for the question. There are several possibilities. My first thought is Coccidioidomycosis or Histoplasmosis, which are fungi. Consider other fungi, mycobacteria other than TB, Wegener's Granulomatosis, a few malignancies, and others. This needs a more thorough workup. See either a pulmonologist or Infectious Disease specialist.
