And it may be a tailor bunion or flat feet causing the forefoot to spread. Try and arch support such as a scaphoid pad to support the arches and see if this helps
You probably have a wide foot and are fitting them into shoes are too small as tailor's bunions usually don't happen in a person at 15 y/o.
If others in your family have tailor's bunions or other foot or back problems as they got older, I would seek a biomechanically oriented profession to see if your inherited foot type is the cause.
Hi,

In general it is best to wear supportive shoes that are not flexible, have
midfoot support, and are not too tight on the sides. Shoe sizes can vary a
lot from one brand to another. For a further evaluation, it is recommended
to get a physical evaluation and x rays by a foot and ankle specialist.

Thank you

Usually, a tailors bunion is on the side of the foot next to the fifth metatarsal head, and that is where the fifth toe connects to the foot. It is usually not located under the pinky toe. This could be some other type of issue. I recommend you get it evaluated and have an x-ray.
It is hard to determine from afar. you need to consult a podiatrist. anyways, bunions have solutions!
Your kind of young for a Bunion. When you put your shoe on does the side of your foot hurt? Your kind of young for a true Bunion which is on the inside of your foot, but you can have a Tailors Bunion on the outside of your foot. If you could send me a picture that would help.
It is possible you are developing a Tailor's bunion. I would first recommend wearing wider shoes. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatories can help as well, such as Aleve or Ibuprofen. Before starting any over-the-counter medications talk with your parents about taking the medication. Do not take over-the-counter medication longer than a week. If you get wider shoes and take the over-the-counter anti-inflammatories for a week and you are still having discomfort. Then I would recommend consulting your local podiatrist.
No this is not the normal range means you should see a doctor immediately you could have an injury to the growth plate you could have a bone infection you should not waste any time and be seen immediately.
HI, your condition definitely need xray to determine the foot structure and whether a bunion or tailor bunion is develping..and whether treatment is needed.
