I had my Pap smear done a few days ago I just got my results back through email and I don’t understand the medical terms

Hi, this doesn't look like a pap test result, but it is testing for various vaginal infections. If you are having symptoms such as a vaginal discharge or odor, this tests indicates that you have BV.
