“Testicle pain?”
My right testicle is up in me for a while now and is very painful to the touch and day-to-day activities.

I’m not sure of your age, but this requires immediate evaluation. A primary concern would be testicular torsion. This is a condition where the testicle rotates and twists the cord that supplies the blood flow to the area.
