Endocronologist (Pediatric) Questions

Testosterone and estrogen

Hello. I am a 23 year old male with full beard growth and decent amount of body hair. Since 13 years old till now I have had breast development, glandular tissue growth (gynecomastia). My balls are medium size, not small nor too big. However my penis is underdeveloped both in length and girth, when its flaccid its very small and kinde looks like it goes inwards. My muscles are weak and I am always tired and I have lethargy and always in a "mood of depression". My hip region is also a bit large, but generally I am a healthy looking male, but I do have a lot of fat around stomach, ass and hips which is really hard to burn for me. My hormone test shows that everything is in normal range and nothing looks abnormal, however FSH is a bit low. I havent got my estrogen levels measured thought, yet. After my gyno removal operation I can observe that it slowly starts to form same shape as before, maybe it is glandular tissue growth again. I have been thinking about klinefelter and kalmanns syndrome and even though I see some similarities I am not really really convinced that I have one of them. QUESTION 1) Can this maybe be too much estrogen conversion in my body? if not, what else could it be? QUESTION 2) if too much estrogen convertion is the cause, will taking medicine such as aromatase inhibitors and differnt hormone therapy medicine help my penis develop to reach the size "it was naturally coded for" via genetics. What kind of treatment will help my penis develop because I am fully convinced that this is not my actual size (genetics).

Need more information to really answer your questions, Kallman's and Klinefelter's are possible and easily tested with a blood genetics sample yor docs can order. Any estrogen exposure or similar chemicals may also cause what you are describing. Some folks are sensitive to soy, almonds and heated plastics (PSPs) If FSH low, may also need specific hypothalamic and pituitary testing including MRI scans of the region but need all the exact details of leels of estrogen, testosterone free and totals, DHEAS, FSH, LH, prolactin and thyroid testing T4 and free T4 as well as TSH, Something call Peyronie's can also make a penis somewhat small and crooked. Endocrinology and maybe also urology assessment afterwards would be best consultation. The abdominal fat may indicate prediabetes, metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance so blood glucose, liver enzymes, insulin and lipid levels should also be evaluated.
