Tetanus shot?

I scraped my leg with a wire brush inside my house. The brush had a little rust on it. A little blood. I wanted to see if I should get a tetanus shot. The brush has never been outside of my bathroom.

It depends on how deep the wound is. If your last tetanus shot was less than 10 years ago, no need for a tetanus shot. If you can’t remember how long ago your last shot was, then it is recommended to get one. Tetanus shots are available in most pharmacies and pcp office.
I would talk to your primary physician. Tetanus should be updated every 10 years, and if more than 5 years it should be updated with an injury.
