“The palms of my hand severe?”
There's something on the palm of my hands, it's isolated only to the palms of my hands. I don't believe that it's contagious because nobody has ever picked it up, it's very painful feels like if I bump it's like shards of glass sometimes. It has been 15 months straight I have tried every over-the-counter medication and nothing stops whatever it is. I have literally had it over a year I've never had psoriasis. It sometimes itches but it breaks open.

A dermatologist would have no trouble making the diagnosis. (To me, it looks like a variant of dyshidrotic eczema.)
