Thyroid Issues?

I only have half a thyroid. I am very emotional up and down. Cry on a dime and have a lot of problems. I can't find a doctor to help. Can you offer me some advice, please?

It may well be, assuming that a doctor is managing your thyroid functioning, that your other issues are unrelated to your thyroid and are psychological in nature. I advise you to consult a psychologist, get an assessment, and, if indicated, get into therapy.
I hope this is helpful.
Dear Sir,

Sorry to hear that your thyroid problem is creating emotional ups and downs. I am a psychologist so am not able to advise you on medicines. Due to only half a thyroid, is it hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism? Are you on any medicines? Who prescribed them? You may want to consult with a licensed psychologist or a psychiatrist in your area. And, of course, talk to your PCP and request that they refer you to someone who specializes in helping those with only half a thyroid.
Take care and remain safe.

Also, after reading the link, try to find a psychologist oriented towards a systems/holistic approach and medical specialist in thyroid issues who will work as a team and coordinate with each other.
