“Tight foreskin?”
When my penis is flaccid the foreskin is easy to retract. But when I am fully engorged it is very tight and uncomfortable to slide back. Any suggestions on what this could be?

What you described is mild phimosis. You can take hydrocortisone cream and place it on the tight foreskin ring daily for six weeks and the foreskin should be able to retract better. If this does not work then, unfortunately, a circumcision is the next step. This is called phimosis and you need to see a urologist.
