“Tips for dealing with sinus congestion and ear pain ”
Started feeling sick a couple days ago and have this horrible ear pain that feels like hot nails in my ears. I don’t have any access to decongestants so any advice is welcome.

Take anti inflammatory and stay hydrated. Referred eat pain from inflamed lymph nodes in the neck is common.
