There are multiple causes from hormone issues to other more serious conditions, it is advisable to make an appointment to be examined and do proper testing.
May be caused by anemia or metabolic diseases like thyroid problems. Will recommend lab work
Please get evaluated by your primary care physician. There are certain laboratory tests that need to be evaluated to see why you are having these symptoms, like thyroid labs and anemia labs.
