Keep trying. If no success for 6 months or more, I recommend you both see a fertility specialist.
I think it is too early to claim any infertility problem whether it is related to you or your wife, to keep a healthy relationship, and soon she will be.
Try for up to a year and if no success then you need a semen analysis and blood work.
Hello, keep trying for a total of 6 months, then consult your wife's gynecologist and you then need to see a urologist.
Usually we have couples try for 6 months without success before getting a semen analysis in the male partner and an evaluation for the female partner. Good luck!
