Tubes tied but pregnant?

11 years ago I had my tubes tied. Since October I have had 3 periods lasting only one day very little blood equal to one single pad full each in intervals, not my normal schedule. I have a partner and we'd be pleased with a baby. I have growing tender breasts, slight cramping, and a stretching tummy without reason. I'm tired all the time. I've had bloating since October with no real pain. Very light bleeding, hungry, and thirsty all day long. I had a negative mid-day pregnancy test. If I'm pregnant I'd be almost 10 weeks (I believe it's a real possibility) but is the light bleeding bad?

Get a pregnancy test, and if positive then proceed with care. If otherwise, see your physician to continue gynecology care
It is rare, but not impossible to be pregnant after a tubal surgery depending on what kind of procedure was used for sterilization. What is more concerning is an ectopic pregnancy after tubal sterilization. Do a home pregnancy test. See an OBGyn for help if you are still concerned.
Take care and stay safe!
