Tymlos causing moderate mitral regurgitation?

I was on Tymlos for 3 months and experienced cardiac arrhythmias constantly on and off. I was told the medication should be out of my system in 7 hours but that did not happen in my case. I stayed the course of 80mcg up till I totally stopped all my medications and supplements to try and figure out what was the problem. I have been off the medication now for a month and though my symptoms are better (arrhythmias and dyspnea) the arrhythmias persist primarily post-exercise. I had an ECHO yesterday that says that I now have mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonic valve regurgitations to varying degrees (mild to moderate being the worst in the mitral valve). It seems quite possible that the medication may have caused some valve tissue damage. Can you confirm this as a possibility in 3 months' time?

It is possible based on your history that medication for parathyroid may be related to your symptoms of shortness of breath and cardiac arrhythmia. It is also possible that valvular dollar Tatian may have occurred and caused regurgitation. You should be followed by a cardiologist to see if your symptoms are getting better or worse. In that case, further management may be necessary to correct the regurgitation and cardiac arrhythmia. For now, you should not do anything extraordinary. How do you make it better on your own? You may consult an endocrinologist regarding your parathyroid.
