“Type of lung damage?”

About 5 years ago, I had lung surgery which took the air sac out, there was not much elasticity at that point. Now I have spells where I can't do anything I constantly labor breathing. I do have ademia in my legs and else. I don't go to the doctors, I weighed 160 last time, I was 225 lbs before I went to the emergency room which happens twice a year. Usually, they have me on furosemide and hydralazine which seems to have the side effect of my symptoms all year till I have to got get drained and advair disk that doesn't help at all. I need the right medication can you help point me in the right direction.
