“UTI Trouble”
I keep experiencing UTIs post sex with my boyfriend. This wasn't always the case, but it's becoming much more frequent now. It's to the point where sex becomes off limits entirely and I'm desperate for permanent relief. Using a condom didn't seem like it made a difference, I urinate before and after sex, and I wipe front to back before and after sex too. I take a urinary tract supplement with lots of water (twice daily) near the days I know I'm going to engage in intercourse. I take antibiotics after I know I've contracted a UTI but I'm tired of taking it when I really just want to prevent it. How do I stop my frequent UTIs and get back to my life?
