“Unwanted pregnancy?”

I have PCOS and was put on krimson 35 for 1st time on 14th Feb (7 days after last period- midcycle) and I took the tablet till 4th March. After 19 tablets I was not able to tolerate the tablet and the doc asked me to stop immediately. (last krimson taken on 4th march). 2 days later i.e; on 6th March me and my partner met physically but I'm not sure about precum. On 9th March (3 days later) I automatically had periods which was a withdrawal from krimson. I had a period from March 9th to 13th. On 20th March (11th day of cycle) me and my partner had physical contact. I had both my undergarments and a loose polyester pant on but he had no condom. A lilltle precum fell on my pant and I removed it immediately. I wiped my hand later when there was precum on it but I doubt he had precum on his hand. I took a pill within 35 hours. I'm having fatigue, leg pain, abdominal cramps, arms and shoulder pain, nausea, and light brownish white dischage yesterday. Today no symptoms except for light cramping in the lower abdomen. Is this implantation or side effects of a pill? Any chances of pregnancy due to encounter of 6th or 20th?
