Upper stomach swelling?

I'm a 67 year old female. The top of my stomach is so swollen and tender most of the time. I feel like I have tumors in there. I look pregnant, but no uterus. Two years ago, my doctor checked my stomach and said my organs were not swollen, and it must be from weight gain. I also have trouble digesting. Between prescriptions and natural remedies, I take 8 or 9 stomach medicines, Prevacid, Pepcid, Gaviscon, Eno, Gas-X. I'm also injured. It's hard for me to get to a doctor. A medical opinion as to cause, would be appreciated.

It could be many things: bloating from carbohydrate malabsorption, a ventral hernia, enlarged liver, etc etc. If your current doctors are not providing an answer, you need another opinion.
