“Urine therapy?”
I have recently started to do urine therapy and put a small amount of my own urine in with my hot green tea with honey and lemon. Is this ok to do?

Medications: lisinopril 40 mil per day
Conditions: high blood pressure

It is harmless, but will do nothing for you.

I do not recommend this. Urine is the body's way of eliminating waste, and you are then putting the waste back into your system.
