“Vaccine issue?”

I had the first dose of my vaccine Pfizer, a week ago; but before I went to the vaccine in the morning I had bad migraines I took 1/2 a pill of Excedrin. I told the nurse, she said just a little Aspirin does not interfere with the vaccine? Also, I had to go to the hospital I burned my foot and I was in pain so I took Advil after the vaccine, could be a problem interfering with the vaccine?
