“Vaginal bumps?”
I got up this morning and felt irritated on my right side of my vagina close to my inner leg. As the day went on I noticed very small tiny cluster of bums that pussed over I rubbed them they busted burning and itching now I am using Neosporin.

Make sure you get tested for herpes.

You could have a number of things. Herpes is the most consistent with your symptoms. Making an appointment while still having symptoms is the best for a diagnosis to be made.
