Vitamin Deficiencies

Hi Doc! I had blood work done and the results came back normal except I was Vitamin D deficient, and low end of average for B 12. I supplemented and retested and all is back to well within the normal range. Twenty years ago I developed light sensitivity and my eyes would burn and white goop would come out of them, and my skin became very oily. These symptoms match up well with Riboflavin deficiency. Admittedly I wasn’t eating nearly enough food and in looking at foods that contain Riboflavin, I definitely wasn’t consuming enough. Long story short, I’ve been supplementing with Rivoflavin for probably two months. I still have the symptoms. How much Riboflavin should I be taking and can these symptoms remain awhile after my Riboflavin levels are normal?

The solution is not in using supplements but rather in changing g your menu so that it doesn’t force your body to eliminate toxins out through your eyes. Your body is doing that because your toxicity load is greater then it can eliminate through first choice channels (kidneys, liver, intestines and skin. So now it is using your eye ducts as an additional avenue for eliminating excess toxins.
