“Watery brown discharge ”
I have endometriosis, ic, and chronic constipation. I haven’t had my period for almost a month now after getting back on my old birth control. I just recently started having really watery brown discharge, my boobs are getting bigger, and my pelvic area is hurting more than usual. I’ve also been super nauseous and lightheaded more often recently as well.

It sounds like you aren't tolerating this new pill - I would ask your prescriber to try something different.
