“Weird feeling in my chest?”
For around a month now I have been having this tingling feeling in my right chest. I don't know what it is but I t makes me stay awake at night. Along with this red spots have accorded on my chest.

Some types of skin rashes can be associated with a tingling or painful sensation over your skin. Consider consulting a dermatologist or your primary care physician for assessment and treatment.
It is difficult to say what is causing your problem. The spots on your chest may not have anything to do with the tingling. You may want to see your doctor if the sensations continue. You may need an x-ray of your chest.
