Weird stool?

This is gross but I had my gallbladder removed in October and for the past couple of days my stomach has hurt as if I still had my gallbladder. Especially today. I went to the bathroom after I ate like I always do and something was in it. I have googled different things trying to figure it out but I can’t. I’ll attach a picture.

Hello, well it may be nothing or it may be some narrowing. The best thing to do is to get to see a gastroenterologist and get a colonoscopy. Contact your primary care provider and have them refer you for this.
Consult GI.
The recurrent pain after gallbladder surgery pretty much tells us that the gallbladder was not the problem. I cannot venture a guess based on the photo. A proper diagnosis for the pain should be made by a conscientious GI doctor who will take the time to do a good history and physical exam.
Stools can have a variety of sizes and shapes. Not sure this is a problem especially if you have had normal stools after this. If your stool is always abnormal you should see a GI doc. The bigger issue may be the symptoms similar to your previous gall bladder symptoms. Get an appointment to see your surgeon or a GI doc. If the problem is progressive and you can not get an appointment go to the ER.
