Should I be concerned that I got wet cement in my eye?

Always wash from the eye with plain water any foreign material immediately. Following that, If you suffer any visual loss or pain, see an ophthalmologist. SO
If you are experiencing eye pain and/or loss of vision, see an eye doctor. By now, you should know if it's causing trouble. If the eye feels and sees fine after this much time, it's probably fine. Any problems from cement would happen in the first 24-48 hours.
It should be fine to rinse it out with no long-term damage.
