There are a few ways to straighten teeth fast, including braces, clear aligners, and certain cosmetic dental treatments. All of these solutions are effective, but exactly how long it will take to straighten your teeth depends on how crooked they are.
There are quite a few different ways to fix crooked teeth. Some of it just depends on how crooked the tooth are and your expectations. You can correct crowding orthodontically with Invisalign (clear retainer therapy) or braces. Both are very effective. Sometimes the crowding is a combination of a skeletal and dental problem. When this happens and you're an adult then you may also need a combination of braces andorthognathic surgery. It just depends what result you're looking for. That seems like too much or if you're crowding it's just slight, then veneers might be a better answer for you. There are both composite veneers and porcelain veneers. Both have their pluses and their minuses. Porcelain veneers last longer than composite veneers. But to look natural porcelain veneers require some preparation of the tooth-only 0.5mm. Composite veneers often do not require any preparation of the tooth, but they do not last as long. Both should look amazing if done by the right dentist And honestly, there shouldn't be a huge difference in price. If composite veneers are very inexpensive they are usually quite awful. I've seen some composite veneers that were so badly done that they were causing gum disease and eventually caused the patient to lose their teeth. Everyone deserves a beautiful smile. And often it's not a big change that is needed to make a world of difference! Good luck on your journey towards your smile!
There are different options based on your needs, such as metal braces, clear braces, hidden braces, and clear aligners.
In order to fix crooked teeth the first step would be to have a complimentary consultation to evaluate the crooked teeth [how many are crooked, any cavities, etc. Then a custom treatment plan can be given at that time that will fix the position of the crooked teeth as well as how they will be fixed. This may be either by clear aligners [i.e. Invisalign] or braces.
Braces or veneer
However braces is a better option
Depending on the severity, there are several solutions that may be perfect for you. Veneers are a great way to quickly fix minor issues regarding crooked teeth. Modern braces and Invisalign also do amazing work on fixing crooked teeth but usually takes a period of time for them to gradually shift teeth into that beautiful smile you're looking for. As with all dental procedures, the best thing to do is to make an appointment to have an exam done. This way, you'll know exactly what your options are and roughly how long it may take as well as a full breakdown of costs. There's no harm in getting an opinion so make an appointment and see what your options are :-)
