I really need a bit more information for a detailed answer as not all sleep apnea is treated identically, and a few patients do not even needs to be treated aggressively. As with most problems, apnea comes in mild, medium and severe forms. Severe is almost always treated by CPAP. Mild might be treated with just weight loss or avoiding supine sleep. Mild and moderate can be treated with a dental orthotic, or surgery, or an inspire implant (pacemaker for the tongue), or also CPAP. Tirzepatide for weight loss is now approved therapy if apnea occurs in people who weigh more than they should. If you are falling asleep when you do not expect to nap, or if your snoring is causing social troubles, or if your apnea is severe you will significantly benefit from suppressing sleep disordered breathing. EPR 3 ramp 15 minutes. Please be sure I am registered in the online portal
There are multiple options based on the severity of your sleep apnea. I'd love to help further. I have a clinic in Wesley Chapel, FL. Please reach out to my clinic for an appointment. 813-929-5226
