There are many different types of facelifts described. I generally customize the operation for what the patient may benefit from. Often that involves repositioning the SMAS foundation layer of the face, tightening or repositioning some of the muscles of the neck and redraping the skin. I often integrate fat transfer and laser treatments to polish off the results and maximize a natural and long lasting result.
