What are the lifestyle changes that can help gastritis?

I was diagnosed with gastritis. What are the lifestyle changes that can help gastritis?

1 Answer

Gastritis, irritation to the lining of the stomach, can be improved with lifestyle changes such as weight loss and decreasing triggers. Some triggers include caffeine, the use of NSAIDs, smoking, a fatty diet, overeating, eating to close to going to bed, and repeated intake of spicy or acidic foods. If you are able to find and work on eliminating your triggers, you should be able to improve your gastritis symptoms.
