“What are the mental effects of a narcissistic mother?”
I am a 32 year old Arab girl, I have NPD. I want to know what is the effects of mental health with (NPD) a narcissistic mother abuse? I was diagnosed with anxiety and (ADD) attention deficit disorder, I need accurate diagnosis and help from a do physician for online therapy

There’s a definition of narcissism that I like: “You and I are one, and I am the one!” So that erases you as a separate being, and doesn’t let you develop your own individuality. I note that you refer to yourself as a "girl." You are, at 32, a woman, not a girl. In therapy, I hope you can develop your individual identity separate from that of anyone else. Look for a therapist who promotes individual agency and helps you become the woman you truly are.
