“What are the most common side effects of citalopram?”
I am taking citalopram for depression. I want to know what are the most common side effects of citalopram?

The most common side effects are GI issues (nausea, possible diarrhea) and sexual side effects (for males erectile issues, and for females low sex drive). Let your provider know if you have any issues with your medications.
