For heart cardiomyopathy or arrythmias. For kidney, declining renal function with increasing bun/creatinine.

It depends on the organ. For example, if it's the kidneys, you might get swelling or have blood in your urine. If it's lungs, you will cough, wheeze, or have trouble catching your breath. It can also cause anemia and fatigue, lightheadedness, or dizziness.
